By downloading, installing, or using the Pouchly mobile application or visiting our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the application.
2. Nature of the Application (Not Financial Advice)
Pouchly is provided solely as an informational personal finance tracking and budgeting tool. Pouchly is not an investment advisor, bank, certified financial planner, or broker. The suggestions, calculations (including 50/30/20 guidelines), and summaries are for personal educational purposes only.
3. User License and Restrictions
We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use Pouchly on Android devices owned or controlled by you in accordance with these Terms. You may not decompile, reverse engineer, or redistribute the application without express written permission.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
The application is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that bank SMS parsing will be 100% error-free across all bank message formats. In no event shall Pouchly Finance be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the application.
