Quick Troubleshooting: SMS Transaction Tracking

1. Why didn’t my bank SMS record automatically?

Ensure you granted "SMS Permission" under Android Settings → Apps → Pouchly → Permissions. Also verify that battery optimization is set to "Unrestricted" so Android doesn’t sleep the background listener.

2. Can I submit a new bank message format?

Yes! If your bank uses a unique SMS wording format, email a sanitized sample (strip your account balance/name) to support@pouchly.finance and we will add regex patterns in the next weekly update.
